weekly summary: May 13 – May 19
First time I’ve ever come within a hair’s breadth of hitting 70 miles for a week. I purposely didn’t break the ceiling after getting carried away last week. Might seem trivial but I did it to teach myself a lesson. It’s not just about mileage but control too.
BS = Back Squat; RDL = Romanian Dead-lift; SS = Raised Back Leg Split Squat
Warm-up: BS 5x70kg, 5x90kg, 3x110kg
BS: 3x(5-rep) @ 120kg
RDL: 3x(5-rep) @70kg
SS: 3x(5-rep each side) @ 40kg
Context: BS one-rep max = 157.5kg
