First week of the plan for Tralee completed. Nothing more than a warm-up week with some key sessions to check status and increase mileage before the heavy lifting begins next week. Happy with the tally for the week, just shy of the upper boundary of 45 miles. Sensible running!
No weight sessions in the gym this week. Miles were more important and I’m on the cusp of my 10-day interval with the weekly mileage now. The coming week may see an early gym session during the week with enough time allowed to recover the for the first 18-miler of the plan.
