weekly summary: Nov 26 - Dec 02
no great change in weekly mileage but a significant half-marathon effort in there

Only a couple of weeks into my guinea pig trial and way to early to suggest any direct correlation between weight training and my runs but I’d like to draw attention to the lifetime-equalling PB on that half-marathon there! I engaged in no specific training for this race. This result combined with my first ever sub-70 for 10 miles a few weeks back… what’s going on?
