weekly summary: Dec 03 - Dec 09
a slight drop in miles following the half at the weekend but going steady

A little bit of controlled treadmill work to start the week, followed by lots of striding over medium/long distance runs later in the week. I took it a little softer on myself this week with respect to miles, following the effort in the half-marathon at the weekend but kept the focus on quality with the strides.
