good to turn the year with a 40+ week and set the stage for 2019

The usual two sessions in the gym… Felt much better this week having eased off on the miles last week to recover properly. The net result was being able to push through 40 miles. I incorporated a couple of longish runs with the pace elevated. Of course, I also managed my Christmas Eve tradition of some hill sprints on the hill around the corner from my house. Let’s see what you have waiting for us 2019!
