
BS = Back Squat; RDL = Romanian Dead-lift; SS = Raised Back Leg Split Squat
Warm-up: BS 5x70kg, 5x110kg, 3x115kg
BS: 2x(5-rep) @ 120kg
RDL: 2x(8-rep) @70kg
SS: 3x(5-rep each side) @ 45kg
Slightly adapted 3-set session as I was concerned a little about the left hammer and some tightness. Dropped a set of Back Squats and RDLs and pulled it back to 120kg BS too but increased RDLs to 8-reps. Upped the split squats to 22.5kg each side instead of 20kg to compensate for the combined load.
Context: BS one-rep max = 157.5kg
