BS: 2x(5-rep) @ 120kg, 1x(5-rep) @ 122.5kg
RDL: 2x(5-rep) @70kg, 1x(5-rep) @ 72.5kg
SS: 3x(5-rep each side) @ 40kg
Context: BS one-rep max = 157.5kg
