Another solid 50+ week. I almost didn’t seal off November with 200+ miles though as I miscalculated the midweek mileage. Hence the “caretaker” session on Sunday afternoon. Obsession with the 200 per month!
Happy to be in the gym working on the weights two weeks in a row now. The strength maintenance leading to the Waterford AC Half will be important.
BS = Back Squat; RDL = Romanian Dead-lift
Warm-up: BS 5x70kg, 5x90kg, 3x100kg
BS: 2x(5-rep) @ 100kg, 2x(5-rep) @ 105kg
RDL: 4x(5-rep) @70kg
Control and depth on the agenda again with the weights. 105kg is working well for me. Again some focus on speed and hills this week to keep the sharpening process going. Feeling good.
