Just 33 miles covered over 3 runs this week. Focus on consistent pacing this week. The first two runs were ideal, the weekend ‘long’ run finished awfully. I ran the required splits pretty much bang on target but the run left me drained and completely unhappy.

A small medical procedure hanging over me all week didn’t help I suppose. That was scheduled for Monday and thankfully all appears to be ok following it.

The week ahead will be very lean; I’m planning a week off to recuperate and just give myself some time. It’s not like there’s a deadline ahead of me anyhow!
