
Another week, another three sessions on the treadmill. No crazy stuff. Not trying to push myself magically back to where I want to be. Just chipping away at the mountain one fragment at a time.
I did throw in some fun though. Five minutes of barefoot running on the treadmill (well, in socks, I’m not that crazy) and a little extra pace to finish one of the runs. It’s good that my thirst is there at least, to want more than this. I’m not going to drown in it though and end up adding burden. Onwards; slowly.
