This barefoot thing hurts but it’s kind of addictive and worse, it hurts less than last week so I’m starting to think that it is toughening me up just a little.
A little play with the pace this week also, ending the week with a solid avg. of 8-minute miling split equally between 50% @ 7mph and 50% @ 8mph to finish. I’m getting a little happier even though it still seems to be taking far more out of me than it really should be. However, one chip at a time.
