Missing the third session last week was annoying. It got to me a little – I won’t lie, it occupied my thoughts. Thus I launched straight into this week with no intention of missing the 3-session target. Pushing out the duration of the runs to 40 mins instead of the recent 30-minute sessions I have been doing.
A good end to the week with the usual barefoot segment midweek. The cherry on top was a nice 10 minutes at 8mph to finish the faster of the runs. Again tired and slightly strained but I’m getting there. At least my base fitness won’t be at zero come New Year’s Day.
