weekly summary: 24 May – 30 May

Again, nothing to report in terms of mileage but I managed to get the 3 runs done this week. 10km was the ‘long run’ and honestly, I can’t remember the last time it took so much out of me, even when I was running more than 10 minutes quicker than that for the distance!

Keep it going. Next week I’ll try to push the distance of the long one, a bit further.
